Diary:  I tile counter in the sewing room and make a mess.  Furniture is now ready for delivery since we are leaving!  We escape to France.  Paris is sunny and wonderful, Giverny gorgeous, and Bruges like a fairy tale.  September is a wonderful month - the best of the nine.
